Welcome at a new home - first housewarming

Meanwhile looking a bit better

On Pentecoste I invited my friends for a first housewarming, now with new furniture and the rooms more or less in order. Sure, a bit has still to be ranged, but it's looking not too bad now :-)

Details and impressions:

My friends came with their three children and also my mom was still there. So we needed a bit of food and moved the two tables together. My old one from the former flat is standing most of the time outside on the terace now, while I bought a new with four chairs for eating in the living room. The kitchen is too small for a table.

We made a barbecue ... here eating ....
And my friend busy at the fire place. The former people left the grill there for us ... a nice gift :-) The space behind the terace is not yet ready. Some lawn shall grow there in the future, but the seeds have first to develop.
And in the living room is still some space left for the children to play.
The oven in the kitchen is new, again with a ceramic cooking field and now fully equipped with microwave etc.

In the bathroom we installed a new hanging closet in order to have some space. Also the washing machine is new.

I like in particular the new closet in the bedroom with a large mirror area, a bit in Japanese style.

Since we need two computers my workplace will als be in the bedroom next to the garden door. Comparing to my former room I enjoy the light in the new appartment. The large doors and the garden towards the South let much light in. And the mirror closet in the bedroom reflects it.
The red vitrines from my former living room moved to the little hall now. A wonderful thing is the little storage room. My dad and me worked hard to make from the wood of my loft-bed a big shelf. It can be used now to put a lot of things in.
I am looking forward to a great time in the new appartment, and hopefully also to many parties ... :-)

A great place to invite friends.
